I chose this location to get a drug test for employment. I was assisted by, Bianca F. who was extremely professional and very kind. No one wants to do this stuff but when you are lucky enough to have a professional like Bianca keep you informed of all procedures and questions your overall experience is just BETTER! I came for a post offer physical on a Friday morning - arrived at 9:20 and departed at 10:50. There were plenty of people there but I managed to find a seat and watched KTLA news from their TV. Not too bad. They blocked every other seat and everyone had to wear masks. It felt safe. Front staff were blah but once I got in, everyone who were involved with my testing were very nice (!!!) The whole process did not seem slow. Went back the following Monday morning to get my TB skin test read - it was easy and done on the spot. No waiting involved. One of the medical assistants told me they will send all my results to my employer - and I know they were efficient because two days later, I got a congratulatory phone call from my manager welcoming me to his team. I read the bad reviews here before going to the clinic...Perhaps because I went with such low expectations, it didn't turn out that bad.
