If I could give 1000 stars I would! These guys have been absolutely wonderful since I was a teen coming in with my dad, and through all these years theyre just as wonderful, the employees are absolutely amazing kind and so knowledgeable. I was intimidated to get back into playing and they met me with no judgment and pure kindness. I came in for an adjustment and the person helping me was so wonderful and made it sound so much better! They've helped me with drumsets, my guitar needs and useful tips in general, if you need anything at all definitely come here! Thanks to them for being awesome!
They are great! I brought my new floyd rose guitar to get new strings and they did the whole thing in front of me. 2 days later, I visited them again because my action was too high and Max had to adjust the neck with a shim and readjust the bridge which can be cumbersome and they did not even charge me for it. Best service ever.
A nice store with knowledgeable and helpful staff and all the things you could need from accessories to used and new instruments. Their guitar room is fun, and they offer music lessons in the store as well. Whether you're a seasoned musician, or just starting out, this is a great store to visit and learn more about what to buy, browse their selection, and get the instrument(s) you've always dreamed of!
