So Jay installs a pure water system in my house 10 years ago. Over the last year, I noticed that the water flow was slowing considerably, so I reach out to him...he's still with the company. Not only that, he asks me a few questions over the phone, diagnoses the problem, and tells me how to correct it. 15 minutes later, it's working great.Now, he could have set up an appointment to come over, charged me a $100 for the service visit and another $100 or so for some new equipment, I would have been happy. But he didn't. I'm thrilled and grateful. If I ever need another water system, I'm calling Jay.
I've been patronizing this place for several years, and it has been a consistently pleasant, affordable, and convenient business to deal with. The water tastes great, and they always are helpful and courteous.
This is the best water in Santa Cruz. The owner is super cool, very helpful and they load your full bottles. Pure water makes it easy to be hydrated. Plus you can fill your personal water bottle gratis. Stay hydrated, my friends and visit Pure Water.
