i want to personally thank the team for the first visit to my home in Santa Cruz. santiago recommended a hydro jet service to clear my clogged kitchen sink drain, and that turned out to be the right fix. When jerome arrived, he used professional hydro jetting through the roof vent pipe to wash the line all the way down to the blockage and out toward the main sewer line. A camera inspection was also done to make sure the drain pipe was fully clear, clean, and to check for any other plumbing issues that might need attention. After the service, the kitchen sink started draining properly again. Before calling a plumber, i tried clearing the kitchen drain myself with a 25-foot and 50-foot drain auger, plus a medium drain bladder, but none of those tools worked. Later, easton also came out with the pipe camera and an electronic drain tool, and he explained some helpful recommendations for possible future drain line work along with an estimate. The price I paid for the hydro jet drain cleaning was worth it. I had a backed-up kitchen sink, dirty dishes piling up, and my own DIY attempts were getting nowhere. In the end, the experienced plumbing professionals solved the problem, explained the process clearly, and gave me confidence that the line was cleaned the right way.
