Our water heater unexpectedly died yesterday, so I called around this morning looking for someone who could get it taken care of quickly. Maverick was able to not only beat another company’s estimate, but also get the job done today.
Jorge and Moises were responsive, professional, efficient, and did a great job from start to finish. I really appreciated how easy they made a stressful situation, especially being able to get us back up and running the same day. Everything was left clean and in great shape.
I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely call them again if we need a plumber in the future!
Jorge and his assistant were punctual and professional. We hired him to fix a clogged sink and then ended up calling him back to fix other issues that we had been meaning to take care of over the years. He pointed out some problems that had been incorrectly repaired by other plumbers we had hired, one which would have resulted in long term damage to the house if not addressed, and documented it well with photos when explaining it to me. There was no hard sell, just pointing out the issues and giving a good explanation. He not only unclogged the sink but addressed the underlying issues that led to the recurrent problem. I knew as soon as Maverick Plumbing came to our house to assess our job that they were analytical, knowledgeable, and committed to getting the work done right. The work needed at our house was immense, but Jorge and his team were efficient, thorough, and tidied up after every job.
They replaced our old, leaky galvanized pipes, installed a new sump pump complete with French drains, and even replaced our completely disconnected dryer vent. We feel confident that everything under our house is now in good shape, and there is no better satisfaction than having that peace of mind.
