“Ted helped by installing for us a combination attic door and ladder, and installed plywood flooring in the attic so as to provide a base for future storage boxes.

He was pleasant to have around as this job required many trips outside and inside to cut the pieces correctly install them, etc., etc., and got along well with our family’s dog! His work is excellent and he also came in below the quote which was awesome, the job was a bit easier than he had originally expected so we were grateful for his integrity!
