“I contacted Loona Construction by recommendation of my old friend, as they are a reliable and high-end kitchen and bathroom remodeling company. Starting from the beginning, Ed and Eric took good care of my parents' project; their designer was very creative and accomplished at visualizing what we had in mind. My project required city permits, asbestos testing, and some extra inspections; the guys were able to flawlessly get all the needed paperwork and make sure the project is done up to new building codes. Craftsmanship and quality are amazing; there were no cutting corners, and everything was done properly with good preparation and using the right materials and tools. Project management by Ed was very easygoing. He was very communicative, and my family knew what was going on with the project and what was going to be next. Customer service by all workers was just great; everyone at Loona Construction was very responsive and helpful. I'm so glad I trusted Loona Construction with my project; Eric did a great job educating me about my project and construction in general, and I was able to actually invest my money into my project and not just spend it on some poor-quality job and non-lasting materials. Loona Construction's bid was the highest I've got, but after the completion of the job, I understood why, and I'm sure that the money spent on the project was worth every penny. “Tom is fantastic. After our five week old Frigidaire refrigerator died, Electrolux sent out one of their guys to diagnose it, and he said he could not do the repair for three weeks, and we'd have to live with it while we waited for parts to arrive (but that's another review for Electrolux if I ever have the stomach for it). After too many phone calls and hours on hold with Electrolux, not to mention a continuously evolving complex situation with the parts they had ordered, they ended up connecting me with Tom. He was phenomenal, and was able to come out within a couple of days (much better than the three weeks given by the first guy). He even said that he had the parts on hand that Electrolux was shipping, so he would be able to do the repair without waiting for them to arrive. He took a look at everything and informed me that the parts and the compressor replacement that the first guy said we'd need were mostly unnecessary. Tom was able to fix the fridge in minutes and it's been running perfectly since. He even offered to come pick up the parts that later arrived from Electrolux, so I didn't have spare refrigerator parts sitting around. All around, he was the best part of this whole fiasco. I noticed that there were a bunch of comments about his demeanor, and I have to say that I found Tom very pleasant, communicative, and helpful to work with. You could tell he was frustrated with the way Electrolux had approached this whole process, but so was I. I would imagine it's got to be tough contracting for a company like that. I don't think that should be a personal reflection of Tom.“
