We had Liam Smith walk us through our battery options, and help figure out what would work for us. And then we had Ashley Jensen coordinating the dates for the site visits, inspections, installations, and approvals. After some testing, it looks like we're in shape to handle blackouts and brownouts in the summer coming.
I really must call out how thorough and professional the crew has been in the process, especially Ashley. We were kept apprised of the schedules, including lead times for inspections. At one point, after the initial installation, one of our circuits would not come on. Ashley saw to it that the techs were available to help troubleshoot, and fix the problem promptly.
I would work with Citadel again in the future, for any system expansions we might consider.“
