They installed a foundation for a new shed in our backyard earlier this year. Great work, and patient in answering our questions!! We found out that the city requires a 5ft distance from the fence in order to approve construction of a shed. They were responsive and immediately understood what we were asking them to change to the work plan. Our HOA uses them as their primary contractor, which is how we first heard of the company. The shed foundation is perfect and we would highly recommend to any of our neighbors. When we're ready for our next major renovation project, we'll definitely be looking at quotes from these guys. Awesome company!

I am in awe of their services, customer service, dependability, delivery, quality of installation, communication, willingness to go above and beyond and professionalism. Without HOA Specialists construction services I would have not been able to get my large renovation done in the time frame I needed. The first day of work was the demolition phase. The team arrived on time at 9 a.m. and by 1:30 p.m. they were done guttering my condo from top to bottom. They left everything cleaned inside the property and outside as well. Wow! They did it again! I knew I could depend on Billy, owner of HOA Specialists Construction Services to deliver on this project. Replacing the side door to the garage presented a more complex undertaking than meets the eye. As a result of said door not being installed correctly when the house was originally built 43 years ago, every bout of rain became a threat - water would freely enter and flood the garage through that side door. The makeshift options I had put into place over the years failed miserably and only offered a temporary stopgap.
