“In 2018, Joaquin and his crew installed a beautiful, custom-designed iron gate at the side of my house. The gate opens up to a large parking area. Recently, I accidentally drove my car through the closed gates, knocking one part of the gate slightly askew and bending the rods that go into the ground to hold the gate in place when the doors are closed. Joaquin and his assistant came out and did a beautiful job of fixing the gate. Joaquin is a perfectionist and worked on it until it was perfect. I highly recommend him if you need any of his services.“

“I had an excellent experience with V&M Ornamental Ironworks, Phelan Street, San Jose. (There are others with similar names.) The rail was beautifully done, and the design that was jointly created by Mario and me Is perfect. I have had many compliments. Mario is a good communicator, finished everything in a timely manner with excellent workmanship. I decided on the powder coating, even though it was more expensive. I think that was a good choice for durability. The rail installers did a beautiful job. All was done within the time frame that was promised. If I have need for any more ironwork, I will go to V&M Ornamental Ironworks. I am very pleased and although more expensive than pre-fab or mail order, well worth it.“

“Cuevas Fence did great work replacing 4 broken fence posts on our backyard fence. The new concrete holding the posts was mounded upward to stop water intrusion. The old fence boards and horizontal bracing was somehow left undisturbed.Also, we had a gate post that needed to be braced. The hole for the fastener was countersunk into the post, making a clean repair.“
