We had a new fence installed and needed someone to stain it before the rain season started. We contacted South Bay Wood Restoration after we got a new redwood fence installed. We provided the installation invoice (with detailed measurements) and pictures of the property, so they were able to provide a fast quote via email.We had a number of detailed questions about the process (e.g., staining one side of the fence, color), and they patiently answered all of them.The process itself was convenient, as they were able to come out to do the staining while I was away on a trip.We received multiple quotes, and the price we received was reasonable and inline with others of similar quality.All in all, excellent work, straightforward process, and good communication throughout.
