We were connected to this company through our homeowners insurance as we needed to have a water shut-off device installed per our policy requirements. Reuben was on time, very friendly and very professional. After installation he showed me how to navigate the app and explained how the device worked & things we may encounter. Overall had a great experience. Thanks Reuben!
They provided the garbage disposal replacement service through our home appliance warranty. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and very punctual with the appointment times they provided. Since the replacement took a couple of days, they made sure we had at least one working faucet in the meantime, which was very thoughtful.
I really appreciate their positive attitude and genuine effort to address the customer’s needs and minimize the inconvenience. Excellent service overall—I would highly recommend them.
