All the staff was super welcoming, processional, and helpful. Rene, Patricia, and Dr. Case all had a professional but fun aire about them, they brought levity into some more personal topics, and made me feel confident about next steps to improve my help. I really appreciate their help and support, and my ratings around recommending this specific clinic had nothing to do with my visit today, more about the availability of visits in general. Every visit I've had here is great, just a number of months out every time. But the staff is always great.
Stanford primary care clinic Santa Clara is amazing. Mr. Eric Crizer I highly recommend, he’s a good person, very sweet, nice, and very caring towards me. He’s a great np to be working at Stanford. Good customers service is rare and here it’s excellent.
