I'd never been to that location before, but it was easy to find, right off Lawrence Expressway. There was plenty of parking, unlike at the Santa Clara location. The people there were all very pleasant - Check in was easy. I was surprised to find there was no co-pay required for my acupuncture treatment. Registration was quick and easy, and I was told how to get to the proper place. When I got upstairs, a very nice lady met me and said she'd take me back right away, even though I was a bit early. She gave me a simple form to fill out, and told me I should have 3 appointments, a week apart. Then she asked if I wanted the same day/time as the first appointment....read full review
Dr. Mehraby is extremely caring. She always listens carefully. She speaks clearly and deliberately so my mother can hear and understand the interactions. Dr. Mehraby and her team are excellent. We feel my mother is exceptionally well cared for. We highly recommend Kaiser and the geriatric department.
