Overall the appointment was seamless. From start to finish the staff was courteous and professional. What prompted me to rate my visit 5 stars was Dr. Ngo. She is knowledgeable, caring and thorough. I went in with a possible eye infection. Not only she thoroughly performed an eye exam, she meticulously reviewed my medical history and recent lab work. She also asked lots of questions especially on my recent visit with my optometrist. She then explained how she came up with the diagnosis and why she prescribed the medication. I left the office with a feeling that I was well taken care of. Thank you Dr. Ngo for your expertise and compassion !
