We discussed my needs and other bad experiences with other solar companies and he went over my contract in detail so I would be comfortable with his offer and see that anything he promised me was clearly written in the contract. I appreciate that he called when he said he would and came out and met me to make sure he didnt miss anything and to get to know me. Very pleasant experience.“
“We had a new patio cover installed and are mostly happy with the result. The only problem is that there are two leaks where the new patio cover meets the roof of the house. I have contacted the company several times (phone calls, text message, email, and written letter) but there has still not been a response. David did leave a voice message saying he was following up on the work done, but did not mention anything about the leak. I did not complain about the nail that missed going into the beam and looks really sloppy, nor did I complain about the fingerprint marks left on the beams.I f and when I am contacted, these items will be added to the request to fix the leaks. It is really hard to recommend a company that does not follow through with the customers after the work is done.“
