I needed to replace the roof of my detached living unit, add flashing to a few penetrations and add adequate ventilation. Rudy Sr came by with short notice and provided a detailed quote. Rudy Sr was very knowledgable and pointed out an incorrectly located ventilation that broke through valley flashing.
The replacement was done a week or so after signing the contract which was fairly timely. Rudy also looked at my main structure roof and provided preventative maintenance for a reasonable cost.
Overall the process was very smooth and both Rudy Jr and Sr are hard working honest people. I would definitely recommend Rudy and North City Roofing.
Rudy and his team did a thorough job in fixing the leaky roof of my home and I am looking forward the rainy season confidently. The team did the job thoroughly and quickly in a professional way throughout the process.
Have worked with Rudy at North City for over two years now on multiple projects throughout the Bay Area both residential and commercial. I have been in construction for almost a decade and it is rare to find honorable contractors whom are able to deliver excellence in their professionalism, competency, communication, and dedication to his craft. If you are looking for someone you can trust with such an important part of your home, look no further. Rudy is the man!
