After I explained it to her, she apologized and immediately offered to redo the retouching, even though the new version didn't perfectly align with her own aesthetic. It was quite touching that she understood my concerns and was willing to approach it in a different way.
2) The final album has a minor photo arrangement issue, and I immediately let Eugeniya know when I received the album. TBH, a lot of businesses may push back and try to find excuses. But to my surprise, Eugeniya offered a compromised solution right away. I'm really glad that I found a photographer who's willing to do things above and beyond. ❤️

I want to be honest, I probably wasn't the most easygoing customer, and I may have occasionally come across as a bit demanding. I can be a little detail-oriented when it comes to communication... I really appreciate how Eugeniya went the extra mile for me, especially given her busy schedule!“
