Whenever there were questions or concerns, he would quickly respond to emails and set up phone meetings. His effective communication reassured clients that everything would be okay. He would include recommendations because clients had no clue on where to take photos, how many outfits, what to expect, etc. On the wedding day, even with a late start, he handled everything with grace and a calm attitude. He didn't add pressure and just continued to make adjustments to the schedule to make sure everything essential was included. Clients were grateful to him and his team as they exceeded expectations. Photos turned out gorgeous and friends and family loved them, receiving compliments. Toan is the man if you need an amazing photographer. He gets a flat tire but is quick to contact clients and still makes it to the session. He and his team are great and give instructions making it fun so clients do not feel too awkward. Toan is also good with communication and answering all questions. One of the best parts is that he gives estimated timelines for turnaround and is always ahead of schedule. His turnaround time is amazingly fast. Toan is also very respectful and polite when addressing family members and giving instructions. He is extremely professional, flexible, and very fun to work with. He knew exactly how to work with a puppy and helped with angles and postures. Clients absolutely loved the way their pictures came out and will definitely work with him in the future and recommend him to anyone.
