2) to add onto that, you HAVE to tell them in advanced if you want the complimentary facial. We finished the 60 minute massage, came outside to ask to learn we needed to request the facial, and that it would've needed to be subtracted from the massage time.
3) card friendly! They get your tipping amount and signature at the end, way better than other facilities that force tipping pre-massage.
