Integrates principles of Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Isometrics into a series of stretches that balance and heal the body, mind, spirit and emotions. I participate in both self-stretching classes and being stretched by experienced trainers -- they both offer amazing results. In less than 2 years, this resistance stretching practice has done more for my strength and my flexibility than have decades of weight-lifting and yoga. It actually enhances those practices and, because it targets muscle groups that house the major meridians, it provides tools that address a wide variety of other areas of my life. I now sleep more deeply, understand myself more accurately, express myself more clearly, digest food more efficiently, have a richer appreciation for others, make decisions more wisely, have better eye-hand coordination, and move with more grace and ease.
