This is a hidden gem in Santa Barbara, you can book out the lounge for a full private restoration session which includes a guest pass. My favorite is the full panel red light table, but also the infrared sauna and cold plunge combination with the lymphatic drainage vibration plate is amazing for muscle, nervous system, and lymphatic recovery. The lounge is a vibe, upscale but also warm and welcoming with a cool lounge atmosphere. They have showers available pre and post session. My only regret is that I didn’t discover this place sooner. 10/10 recommend booking immediately

This place is awesome! I worked out there for my first time this morning and I feel in love with the gym! It’s small enough that all the equipment is centrally located with minimal time

Personable, friendly and knowledgable. Warm atmosphere. I've been going to the boxing class with Manny and Stephano for over a year now. Learned so much from those guys. Izzy put together a great team over there, everyone that works there is super friendly and great at what they do.
