Personable, friendly and knowledgable. Warm atmosphere. I've been going to the boxing class with Manny and Stephano for over a year now. Learned so much from those guys. Izzy put together a great team over there, everyone that works there is super friendly and great at what they do.

I’ve been training 1 on 1 with Dr.Izzy for almost a year now - not only is he extremely knowledgable, but he tailors our workouts to my needs and abilities, not to mention they are always KILLER and freaking challenging every time!! Both Izzy and Faith demonstrate every technique and take the time to correct my form - no training session or group class is ever the same and are always paired with unique exercises using cool new equipment. Besides the friendly trainers and sweet gym… my fitness results have been a great bonus!
