I was a little disappointed to say the least about my experience here. The atmosphere was great but the experience was below par. There was not much salt blowing into the room while sitting. It was blowing for literally 5 minutes during the guided meditation but that’s it. And although we were surrounded by beautiful Himalayan salt stones in a beautiful cave setting being immersed by salt is where the benefit lies. There were about 15 people in the room at the time of our session and even though everyone did their best to stay quiet we heard a lot of wrestling around. Showed up here one day went underground into one of these salt caves. They ended up turning on some soothing music, but the narrator was annoying. Bought some handmade chapstick which made up for the annoying narrator. Putting the bottom of your feet into the salt is a super cool feeling. Totally recommend.

We went for the Salt Cave experience. The whole business is below State St level. When you get there walk down the inviting steps and follow the orange glow of the Himillayan Salt.
The check-in process is easy just get the 30 minutes before your appointment time. Use the restroom before because once you go into the cave you need to stay in there so you don't ruin the experience for everyone else. Follow your guide and she'll set you up with general instructions and then relax to a short soothing narrative then music in the background while salt mist is pumped in the room.
