Preston does very careful plumbing work and really pays attention to the details. Oneal Brothers Plumbers sent Preston out to check the old plumbing and the worn pipes I was concerned about replacing. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and truly caring, which made me feel comfortable right away. He even put plastic shoe covers on before coming into the house, which I really appreciated. He looked over everything carefully, explained the plumbing issues in simple terms, gave me estimates for a few repairs, and took care of the most urgent fix during the same visit. Everything under my bathroom sink is now completely new, and the drain and supply lines look and work so much better. What had been a stressful plumbing problem was handled smoothly and successfully,...read full review
I had a clogged drain trap at my home and called a local plumbing service, expecting someone to come the next day. I was really surprised when they scheduled the job for that same evening. The dispatcher kept me updated and let me know the plumber was about 35 minutes away, and Preston actually arrived a little earlier than expected. Preston was professional, friendly, and clearly knew his plumbing work. He kept the area clean, worked neatly, and handled the drain issue efficiently. He explained what was going on with the blockage in simple terms and made the whole service call easy and stress free. It is not always easy to find a plumber who is both punctual and careful...read full review
