My gosh, the reviews here are so completely different from my experiences at this location. I've visited 3-4 times from 2025 until current (May 2026) and had excellent services. I live in Hollywood and only visit SB; I make it a point to come to this location since I'm already a member.
I highly recommend Sherry for stretch. She is a gifted bodyworker and a genuine person with healing energy. Stretch sessions are great compliments to massages or on their own, depending on your need. You need to see her.

Booked a 90 minute massage for $250.00. Wasn’t worth $25.00 it was so BAD. Christopher was who I was assigned to….. Former Marine….. He should’ve stayed a Marine because he doesn’t know squat about massage therapy….. Never going back; and I dissuade anyone from booking a “massage” here…..
Massage Envy was amazing! It was my first facial ever, and I will definitely be going back. Thank you to Liandra (facial expert) and Sandy at the front desk for being so kind and informative throughout the experience.
