Kristyn was phenomenal! She was very strong, intuitive and found exactly where I needed releasing without me even saying. I had been thorough an extremely stressful month and I finally felt like I could take deep breaths again!

Reviews
I had an amazing experience getting a massage from Kristyn. However, “Massage” doesn’t give the experience justice. Before she got started, I shared with Kristyn that I’m training for a marathon. That was enough information for her to understand the kind of massage I would need. She created a personalized experience that met my body where it is at and relieve pain points that are particular to me. Kristyn is clearly very knowledgeable. I cant recommend her highly enough!
had an amazing 90 minute massage with Robert. I am a PhD student and have a lot of general stress as well as a problem spot on my mid back. pressure was great and he creates an atmosphere where it is easy to give feedback. I have had a few massage therapist try to help me with the spot on my back with varied results, but I felt that Robert was able to really localize the problem muscle. He suggested we try some different techniques to try to alleviate the tension such as cupping which I have never tried before and was great. I am walking out of the massage feeling much better and hopeful that the pain will stay away!
