Recently we had a problem with a caregiver, and Arosa rose to the occasion and helped us find a wonderful person to care for our dad. Josephine is attentive, a healer, and brings out the best in him. The home is clean, the food she makes is healthy, and she delivers tender, but necessary, care, and boy, does she get results! He seems 10 years younger. Most importantly, he is happy. Thank you, Josephine, and the staff at Arosa, Sommer and Nietze.
We have had three different caregivers for my mom from Arosa! All of them have been wonderful! Sonia, Alma and Kobra! They have fixed my mom breakfast, did some light housekeeping, but more importantly, they kept my mom safe and they were very patient and kind to her. I can not say enough wonderful thing about Arosa! It is nice to go through an agency that makes sure you get the care when you need it. In my case I needed it the next day and they were able to provide that for me! Thank you Arosa!
