Excellent experience with Central Coast Home Health Santa Barbara. The Physical Therapist (PT) sent to assist my elderly mom with strength and balance after breaking her foot was professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, on-time everytime - absolutely helped with strength, balance and confidence.

Central Coast Home Health and Hospice provides skilled home health care and quality end of life care. Our job is to help people feel better and live fuller lives. Our specialty programs include Parkinson's Wellness, Palliative Care, Total Joint, Wound Care, Lymphedema Therapy, Better Balance for Life, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our patient services include Registered Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Home Health Aide, Social Worker, and Registered Dietitian. Our program provides 24 hour/7 day-a-week services in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara. We are licensed by the state of California and Medicare certified.
