    I've been with Lydia Kitahara for sometime. She is a dedicated professional. For me, it was the 1 on 1 that made my journey a success. I was tired of not looking the healthy. Reason being was for business, if I didn't look like I could take care of physique, how could I take care of my clients needs. I lost 70 lbs and 2 years later, did not gain it back.

    I've worked out in several gyms in town. This is the best gym I've ever trained in without question. The workouts are planned and have a strategic purpose. I'm in the shape I've been in since I was a college athlete.

    As a former Division 1 athlete, I've been in and out of more gyms and weight rooms than I can count, but the only place I always come back to is SB training. You walk in the door at SBT and no matter the time of day or who's working, they know where you're at in your training and what you're training for. My physical strength has always out weighed my aerobic strength and I wanted to change that. In the last year the SBT team has taken me from dreading running the mile, to participating in a 65 mile relay race, finishing the long course SB Triathalon ( 1 mile ocean swim, 35mile bike, 10 mile run) and finishing the SB half marathon.
