“We had a horrible experience with dead rats being left in our attic by an exterminator company. We were forced to vacate our home due to the smell and safety of our health. Servpro came and calmed me down. Promised they’d fix it. And they did! Excellent job done! We are home again and sleeping soundly thanks to Alex and his team and Marc at ServPro.”
“Raylon did an excellent job, very professional, pleasant attitude, even though a miscommunication happened. He arrived too early, so he had to return later at the actual scheduled time.. He handled it very well, and it was not his mistake. It was the company’s mistake. The person that texted me regarding my scheduled time is Colton Westhoff or it could be Westcott. I was very happy with Raymon’s service.”
“Nate did a first rate job on our +25 year old well worn floors. Better than new! Very professional and easy to work with.”
