“It's 3:30 pm on a Friday and I'm in Goleta next to Storke rd. There are several barber shops in the area. I went to 3 barber shops all said they were booked and wouldn't give me a cut. The fourth place I go to is Primetime and I walk in and Brian says he can take me. Thank you for just allowing me to be a walk in without any hesitation to get me a cut. I told Brian exactly what I wanted and even he showed him a previous picture with the cut I'd like and he matched it to the tee. Fun to talk to and I'm just saying thanks for taking me last minute on a Friday and delivering for me when no other barber shop in the area would. Nice little shop I'll come again. Thank you.“

“I was visiting from LA and walked in without an appointment. Armando was my barber and he was professional and gave me exactly what I was looking for. The whole crew there is talented and the owner runs a tight ship. All the bad reviews are in my opinion a result of folks not being familiar with how barbershops operate. This is a small but very busy shop. If you don’t have an appointment make sure you communicate properly and make yourself known. Don’t just sit there assuming you’ll be catered to hand and foot. Don’t be entitled. I visit Goleta at least once a year and this will be my go-to shop from now on when I’m in town. I paid more than double for a cut down in Santa Barbara and these upscale barbers are doing too much and charging high because their rent is too high and add too many unnecessary amenities, in my opinion. The free banter and laughs are a nice touch. This is how old school barbershops are and it’s an authentic experience.“
