I always get microneedling with PRP every few months, but I tried the microneedling with exosomes based on Nida's recommendation. She explained how amazing exosomes are for regeneration of cells and skin. I also had some stubborn skin tags and capillaries that Nida zapped with a cautery device. Totally painless because she numbed it beforehand. Took about 10 days to heal and it looks like I never had them! Love this office.
