At the end of every day they cleaned up EVERYTHING and left no mess. The finished product is gorgeous and as promised. It consisted of a master bedroom with a master bath/spa, 2 other bedrooms, another bath and a living room, a total re-roof, adding HVAC, and a laundry room.We absolutely could not be more pleased with Lyle, the quality of the work done, the short time it took (once he started our job, he stayed on our job through to completion. Many--most ! -- contractors have multiple jobs going on at one time. They'll start on a job, then be gone for a week before coming back for another day's work because they were working on other jobs at the same time. Not Lyle, he and his crew were there 5 days a week. That was his policy to complete a job before starting the next. ). The crew cleaned up every night before going home.Our Mom was living with us and this addition to the house was for her. Lyle was so sweet--he would check in on her during the day while were at work He is a trustworthy man and we recommend him most highly. The only mistake you can make is by not hiring him to remodel your home!“

“My pool looked terrible. Paint from 2019 was chipping in 2021 and I decided to buy the bullet and replaster.They started almost immediately even though the high temperature was around 97°. The two guys that did all the hard work are awesome they know what they're doing and they don't waste time. After 2 days they brought all the plaster and did that in about 6 hours.My pool around the pool was cleaner than when they got here. Everything about this experience was great the only problem was shortly after they left and started the water my well control box went out or possibly the pump but I was able to hook up to my neighbor's well and continue filling the pool.I wasn't entirely sold on the tile cleaning because they are old and when I had it done in 1994 I didn't see a big difference. Since they started my replaster almost immediately I went ahead and paid the extra for the tiles. They do look a lot better but what was more impressive was my neighbor from 100 feet away said wow your tiles look way better so if you can see improvement from 100 ft away that's all you need to know.“

“We had extensive water damage from a broken hot water line in the foundation that had to be rerouted through the attic and walls. Olsen accepted the job as general contractor and scheduled work to correct our damage. Though no fault of their own, the process had been seemingly slow due to work load, severity of damage, and scheduling problems. That seems to be the "nature of the beast". Had a reroute not been necessary, this project could have been completed in a few weeks instead of just short of 3 months.All subs were expert, courteous, honest, and mindful of property. But, as can be imagined, job requirements between them do not always coincide . That is where the general has to coordinate their schedules considering each of their other contract obligations. At best, it isn't easy and that is what extends the time required to complete the total job.Cody Olsen was the general in charge of the work and he was easy to work with. We felt as though he accommodated us as much as he could given the volume of work he was managing. As of today, all work has been completed except for the minor touch up painting in the house and the more extensive painting on the exterior wall of the kitcheWe would definitely recommend this service with the understanding that oftentimes, completion of a job may require an extended period of time.“
