“We used BLC for a home remodel which included a kitchen and dining room renovation. There was a good amount of engineering work used in changing the roofline to create more ceiling space for our main living room. BLC lead in every aspect of the building project and did so with great care and communication. Entrusting someone with the care of your home is a vulnerable place to be and Bill understood this to a very high level. Every aspect of the project had a high quality to it and his advice was always helpful in making decisions. We are very happy with the results of working with Bill and BLC Custom Homes. Hiring contractors is never an enjoyable process but Bill is a special find in this environment. “My pool looked terrible. Paint from 2019 was chipping in 2021 and I decided to buy the bullet and replaster.They started almost immediately even though the high temperature was around 97°. The two guys that did all the hard work are awesome they know what they're doing and they don't waste time. After 2 days they brought all the plaster and did that in about 6 hours.My pool around the pool was cleaner than when they got here. Everything about this experience was great the only problem was shortly after they left and started the water my well control box went out or possibly the pump but I was able to hook up to my neighbor's well and continue filling the pool.I wasn't entirely sold on the tile cleaning because they are old and when I had it done in 1994 I didn't see a big difference. Since they started my replaster almost immediately I went ahead and paid the extra for the tiles. They do look a lot better but what was more impressive was my neighbor from 100 feet away said wow your tiles look way better so if you can see improvement from 100 ft away that's all you need to know.“

“I'd highly recommend Tri-Valley Plastering. We had very rough stucco and wanted smooth. They did an incredible job! They had a huge crew that knocked it out fast. At the end of every day they cleaned up EVERYTHING and left no mess. The finished product is gorgeous and as promised. If there were any spots I thought needed extra attention they were on it and made it right. Great company!“

“Lyle Taylor, General Contractor (Taylor Made Remodeling & Construction) added 1200 square feet onto our home. It consisted of a master bedroom with a master bath/spa, 2 other bedrooms, another bath and a living room, a total re-roof, adding HVAC, and a laundry room.We absolutely could not be more pleased with Lyle, the quality of the work done, the short time it took (once he started our job, he stayed on our job through to completion. Many--most ! -- contractors have multiple jobs going on at one time. They'll start on a job, then be gone for a week before coming back for another day's work because they were working on other jobs at the same time. Not Lyle, he and his crew were there 5 days a week. That was his policy to complete a job before starting the next. ). The crew cleaned up every night before going home.Our Mom was living with us and this addition to the house was for her. Lyle was so sweet--he would check in on her during the day while were at work He is a trustworthy man and we recommend him most highly. The only mistake you can make is by not hiring him to remodel your home!“

“I was very impressed with heritage construction and the owner. They did a water damage job for me. The owner went out of his way to do all kinds of extra little things for me, and made absolutely sure that he had my approval before he did anything he's an excellent communicator which is critical in this area. His staff were polite and very efficient. He was quick to return calls and get answers. He got the job done quickly and smoothly and in an efficiently and timely manner. “We had our balcony repaired, the job was on time, repairs/work were great. We found out over few months the materials did not hold, causing leaks. When we reached back, it was great service, the guys came back, inspected and redid all the needed work and repair and corrected the leaking at no extra cost. So far the balcony has held through the rains. Over excellent service, on time, professional. All the constructions folks were professional, on time and got the work done as scheduled.I would recommend them highly and use their services for additional projects.“

“Update 2: I wanted to update this review and my rating. I've had 2 minor parts of my system fail. The first occasion turnkey noticed it before I did and immediately sprung into action to get it resolved. The second occasion I noticed it first, but all it took was 1 email and everything else was handled. Not only that, their technician who came out most recently didn't just replace the broken part, he checked over the entire system. They have definitely proven they are willing to put in the work to support their existing customers, and I'm upping my review to 4 stars because of it. At this point I would feel comfortable recommending turnkey as a solar provider to friends and family. I'll leave my original review below for contextI've spent nearly 40,000 dollars on a solar system that has never been properly setup.I've been tossed around between several account managers and they all refuse to help. It's been over 40 days since reaching out to them and they are trying to act like there isn't even a problem even after acknowledging and failing to fix the problem they now pretend doesn't exist.It's sad I have to badmouth them publicly but after numerous attempts at warning them I would do this, and being ignored, I have no other option.So if you are considering turnkey for your solar needs, don't! It was a mistake, I should have gone with literally anyone else.Update: Turnkey has actually fixed the problem I had. For that they get exactly 1 more star. Why? Because I warned them a week before I posted this originally that I would be doing this, and was met with complete apathy. They didn't care until I came here to complain.Where was the concern weeks ago when I was told the earliest appointment wouldn't be for weeks? Somehow after this review got posted they got someone out within a day. Weeks of strongly worded emails that were barely addressed yet I finally got a phone call from my account manager after this post. They didn't even hide the fact that it was this post that drove their efforts because they asked me to update my review here as well.I will admit that I'm happy my system is working, and I'm happy with the quality of equipment that was selected. But overall my experience with turnkey is 2 stars. Given the years ahead of us hopefully they will have other opportunities to repair the damage to their relationship with me.“
