Yanez Construction just completed our water damage remodel. They did excellent work. We appreciated their hard work in completing the damage and the work was done meticulously. Thank you to all the employees who worked so hard to make our home so beautiful!
Our water heater broke and had water damage with bedroom walls, garage, and a pipe was also leaking from the wash room. I called Yanez Construction, Julio came by and explained to me everything that had to be done detail by detail. He provided all the necessary paperwork for the insurance. Cipriano took care of the construction. He constantly provided me with information on when, and who of his crew was coming that day or the following day. Both he and Julio were always accommodating to my phone calls and concerns. The crew was always professional and kind. They also cleaned up after themselves and protected my property.
