This review is for the gentlemen working in the Lancôme department. My mother and grandmother went in today to buy some skin care. My grandma is very pleased with the service she received and the products she purchased. She is a long time Lancôme customer that has shopped at Macys for many years. A well known customer to say the least. She is very happy with her experience and the great customer service she received. However, the woman at the checkout counter was not pleasant.
