She took the time to really look at my reference photos and ask me what I liked and didn't like about the style. She gave me some great suggestions on how to make the style look even better and she also recommended some great products for me try. Also she was really nice and fun to talk to, we had a great chat while she worked. Amazing experience and I love how my hair turned out. The place has a fun, upbeat vibe and it's clear they care about their work and their clients. I will definitely be going back.“

After receiving a lash lift elsewhere that left my lashes severely over-curled and literally poking me in the eyes, I was told by the original technician that there was no way to fix them and that I would simply have to wait weeks for them to grow out. Needless to say, I was frustrated and worried, especially with a big event coming up.

Thankfully, Katie responded to a post I made asking for help. She got me in quickly, charged an incredibly reasonable price for the fix, and within minutes was able to identify exactly what had been done incorrectly and explain the proper way to correct it. Not only was the fix possible, it turned out to be a relatively simple process in the hands of someone who truly knows what they're doing.

What impressed me most wasn't just the result (which was fantastic), but Katie's depth of knowledge, professionalism, and confidence. She clearly understands the science and technique behind lash lifts at a level that goes far beyond what I've experienced elsewhere. She took the time to educate me, answer my questions, and make me feel completely comfortable throughout the process.

The difference between someone who performs a service and someone who has truly mastered their craft became very apparent during my appointment with Katie. My lashes look so much better, my eyes are comfortable again, and I left feeling beautiful and ready for my event tomorrow!
