I went to Ultra Beauty to buy a product, and I didn't know that ultra beauty provided this type of service waxing and brow lamination. Annabelle made me feel so comfortable, I really appreciated her customer service. She had to put in a lot of work, but the end result was beautiful. I'm one satisfied customer.

I live close to this Ulta and I usually get a 5/10 experience when shopping here. However, as of late the new employee's have been so nice and helpful. Today, for example, I went to buy some make up and I was immediately greeted by the salon guy who helped me find what I was looking for. He was so nice and made me feel welcome at the store. I'll be coming back more often.

Stephanie is amazing! I've been going to her for almost 6 months now and I leave happy every time. She explains everything so well and has helped me grow out and shape my brows after a nightmare experience at a nail salon. Everything she has recommended to fill and grow in my brows has worked out amazingly and I've tried everything! If you want good brows go see her, you can tell she loves what she does and I couldn't recommend her more.
