“My wife and I go to the Spa regularly, it's our favorite and we have tried many in SD and Coronado. I only get the deep tissue massage for 90 minutes, and if they have time, I sometimes extend to 120 minutes. I have tight knots in my neck and shoulders and they get completely worked. I have chronic tension and pain in my neck, shoulders, and sometimes in my lower back and they are GREAT at targeting exactly where I specifically need every time. I also have some sports injuries and need special accommodations and every staff is extremely professional and an expert on how to handle accommodations. Such a wonderful team and great people, we love them“

“I love this place. My sister recommended this place for me when I was in search of help with my hormonal acne. I have really seen improvements with all their peels and microdermabrasion. The girls I go to are Evelyn and Ciara and they have been really helpful in also making suggestions on what I need. I also go for their massages, and it's one of the best places I have gone for massages in San Diego. The massages are well worth it, and they even have Happy Hours! The place is very clean and relaxing.“

“I went here on a $59.99 promotion facial. I was greeted when walked in by a friendly receptionist. I sat down with really nice gentleman his name is Sahas. We had a pleasant conversation and he asked if I was interest in different treatments for face/neck. He advised me of different skin care procedures. Showed me pictures of previous clients. He started explaining the treatments available. But, I do know everything cost money. My antennas went up and knew that this was upsell procedures. That's how they make their money. At my age I'm not 100% sure how this aging works with the skin, but starting to notice certain things that could use a little uplift, but maintaining a natural beauty look. I then was introduced to my esthetician. She was absolutely fabulous. She used fancy tools specific to my needs and and described each treatment she was giving me and explained why and how it was going to be applied. She did recommend and suggest the best treatment for any future visits that I may be interested in based on my facial. She was knowledgeable, very respectful, and fabulous at her job. Great service with a fabulous facial treatment. By the way my skin looks fabulous. I'm very happy with the outcome. My facial ended and I finished with Sahas. He educated on different treatments and threw in different incentive packages for my skin treatments and threw in extra bonus gifts. But I was not interested in spending money at that time, possibly in the future. I was thankful for his services and willing to pay for the promotional facial of $59.99 promotion and give my aesthetician $20 tip. I did not purchase any more treatments. But, I do know if they continue having facial promotions $59.99, I will book on a regular bases. Overall, my experience was great. The customer service with every person I spoke was friendly, polite and respectful. It was a great experience and I was so satisfied with the customer service. Please note, They do upsell you and respectfully that is how they make their money. Be prepared nice things do cost money. Nothing is free in the world we live in today. “I came in for brunch at the Del Hotel this Sunday, and I stopped by the spa because I remembered what an amazing and beautiful gift shop they had. I have been in retail for 15 years. I can tell you the aesthetic of any retail store I choose to frequent it's huge for me, as well as how expertly curated the selection is -- this gift shop is five stars and the buyer is phenomenal. I'm not sure who she is or where she's from or how she learned these skills, but the gift shop at the Spa is by far one of the most beautifully selected retail locations! “We got both the spa and pool pass and enjoyed a whole day of sun and relaxation. I really enjoyed their steam sauna, dry sauna, hot tub, and relaxation room. The pool is also great for people who want to enjoy time in the sun. The facilities are not new but decently kept and clean. Moreover, the staff were all professional, friendly, and very helpful. We used the free valet that came with our pass and the spa has plenty of parking right next to the facilities.“
