I have been coming to Island Esthetics for about a year now and will be coming as long as I am living close by! Heidi is so kind and truly cares about her clients. She is so passionate about her work and so gentle on the skin. Many of her products are made by her and are so hydrating and healthy for your skin. I was skeptical about sugaring at first but she is so patient and truly so good at what she does. Her facials are the best I’ve ever had. Scheduling with her is also so easy! I wholeheartedly recommend Heidi for your esthetician needs :)
I was visiting the area and reached out to Heidi in advance of my trip to schedule an appointment for an eyebrow, lip, and Brazilian wax. Not only was she flexible in scheduling, but the services were STELLAR. I cannot say enough good things about Heidi—this was my first time being sugared instead of waxed, and it was immensely LESS painful than any wax I’ve ever had. She was detail-oriented with the entire process. Her prices are also very reasonable. Will see her again whenever I’m back in the area for sure! Highly recommend.
The location was very cute and easy to get to. It’s on the second floor and there’s a sandwich board sign directing you to it. Heidi was extremely professional, friendly, and informative. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. I had trouble not dozing off. The place is really cute, Heidi’s made it very comfortable and well decorated. I also felt like she didn’t rush me or rush the facial process. She was also great at knowing how much to chat. She explained things and would conversations appropriately but not so much where it’s disruptive to the facial process. I’ll definitely be back again!
