I booked a haircut and hair spa mostly because my hair had started feeling dull and lifeless lately. The stylist turned out to be very straightforward and realistic about what would suit my face shape instead of blindly agreeing with every trend I mentioned. I actually appreciated that honesty. During the treatment she explained how hard water and frequent heat styling were affecting my scalp, which made a lot of sense.
