Alex was my main point of contact and was always responsive and clear with communication. Everything that was promised was delivered as agreed. On installation day, both Alex and Leon were on site and brought in two crews to complete the job efficiently before the rain started.

He came on time and emailed me that evening to provide me with an estimate. He told me it would take about 8 weeks for the windows to arrive.
