Scott and Mark arrived on time and were easy-going and professional. Work was done efficiently but I noticed attention to detail with preparation and installation also. Price was competitive and Rayco was flexible with scheduling. I'm happy.

As an Interior Designer I'm always looking to team up with vendors who are passionate about their products and go above and beyond for their clients. I was looking for a local window and door company for one of my projects, we needed windows, skylights, interiors doors, hardware, and trims, as well as a front door. I have worked with Sandi previously and reached out to her to see if they can help with my project. At the same time, I was looking to replace my windows, so I needed someone who could answer questions and offer guidance in making selections. Sandi set up a meeting with Scott, the owner of Rayco door and window, and from the very first conversation I had with Scott, he was extremely friendly and likable, really passionate, and knowledgeable about his product. All the orders for my client went smoothly, without my client ever needing to set foot in the showroom. Scott went to the house and measured for windows and doors, and all the communication was done via emails. They were very responsive and on top of things. Sandi gave us ETA's regularly and that helped us stay on schedule. I appreciate their attention to detail and passion for customer service. I will certainly recommend them to my future clients, I know they will be taken care of! Scott and the team also helped us with our window selection. My husband and I had a certain look in mind, but like everyone else we also had a certain budget in mind. I had a ton of questions!!! and Scott answered them all patiently! I am so grateful! He came by the house to measure and confirm sizes, he helped us select a good product for our home, and we feel that we made the best, most educated decision. Thank you Scott, Sandi, and Yesenia!
