“After 9 years of searching for pain relief, I found Chris. I had a complex medial meniscus tear in 2016 and have had about 5-6 rounds of PT over the years. I was not able to be as active as I once was and the inability to ever bear full weight on that knee resulted in problems with flexibility & mobility. I was unable to play tennis as the twisting motions and running were too painful. After 8 sessions with Chris, I am able to bear full weight, play tennis, and walk again without pain! He is so knowledgeable and passionate about helping you to get integrated in your body again. “Dr. Rena has been an exceptional support with her chiropractic care over the last year. My body, especially my back, was in pain and out of alignment and initially I was up to 3 visits per week. I now see her 1 visit per week for maintenance and I feel so much better. Dr. Rena listens and addresses problem areas, adding stim to alleviate back pain and stiffness.
