I manage some commercial buildings and used this company for our HVAC maintenance and repairs. I was told that they were a union shop so their rates would be a bit higher, but I also thought their work would be better. Their workers were about the same, which was fine, but they did have a faster response time which is why I used them so much. Their fast response time earned them the extra star. However, they charged $1,079 to investigate a problem and determine that it was a bad thermostat, and install a new thermostat. Fifteen months later, that same thermostat died so I called Legacy expecting a discount on the replacement. They charged us $954.78!! I disputed this price and asked for a discount since they installed a bad unit. They just informed me that they would give me a $40 discount. Well, I'm done with this company!
