Eric the owner is very responsive and knowledgeable about HVAC. He helped identify and repair problems that prior contractors created. His prices are fair and reasonable. He was very easy to work with and I'd hire him again without question.
Eric is fantastic. A great communicator, reasonably priced, does work efficiently and quickly. He also came out ASAP right when it crashed on the first day of a heat wave.Not much else to say, Eric will be our go-to from now on.
I live in San Ramon and had a few local companies not come or were several weeks out. I called Express and Eric was right out, same day to check out our a/c. Even in the peak of the summer with high temps, Eric heard that there was no cold air flowing and was right out. Timely within his window scheduled, professional and diagnosed issue quickly. Most importantly I had cold air pumping in the house within 30 minutes and within 4 hours of calling him. Highly recommend!
