“Dr. Rena has been an exceptional support with her chiropractic care over the last year. My body, especially my back, was in pain and out of alignment and initially I was up to 3 visits per week. I now see her 1 visit per week for maintenance and I feel so much better. Dr. Rena listens and addresses problem areas, adding stim to alleviate back pain and stiffness. The front office staff is super friendly and they work to ensure I keep up with appointments and know about the great packages/specials (stretch lab, massages, chiro themed gift baskets) being offered. I also appreciate the regular emails with great information on body mechanics, nutrition and stress management. I am so thankful for the caring and customer service oriented team at Alexander Chiropractic and Wellness!
