I lived in San Mateo for 10 years and Victor always fixed my shoes. I have a complex problem and he was sooooooo amazing. He always went above and beyond to help me. Since relocating to Massachusetts, I've been unable to find anyone who matches his expertise, and I deeply miss his services. Considering the situation, I'm contemplating shipping my shoes to him and willingly paying extra for USPS services.

I had a couple pairs of birkenstocks that needed new soles and Victor did an amazing job! This was my first time having this done and I'll be back again if I manage to wear these ones down. My sandals look and feel brand new, I'm so happy because I really didn't want to replace these ones! He also fixed the bottom of my daughter's sandals and was mindful of the cost- it wasn't worth re-soling the entire sandal so he fixed the heels and it was the perfect solution! Top notch customer service and communication, excellent work, and overall a very nice experience.

I have been going to Victor Shoe repair for over 50 years. I recently had a zipper problem. It was fixed rather easily. He refused any payment. It is still the first class place that it has always been. We are very fortunate to have this business in our community, and the type of gentleman that runs it.
