I first went to Lisa when my hair piece was damaged by my washing, she helped me and found a perfect replacement with even highlight. Her price is very reasonable, much lower than what I paid for the previous one. I since have introduced a few friends to her and they were all happy with her service.

I first want to say that I really hate leaving bad reviews. The people who work here are very friendly and the prices are extremely reasonable. For 22" inches, it's only $400 for microlinks, which is an unbeatable price if you compare it to most salons in the Bay Area. However I felt it was important to leave an honest review because it's been a while since I've been coming here. After 2.5 months, I decided to remove the microlinks from my hair as it began matting and tangling. I realized these extensions have caused my hair to significantly thin; at least 25% of my hair is gone. These extensions were applied very poorly to my hair. Every single individual piece of hair extension caused a tight knot, damaging my scalp as I untangle them all. So yes, I ended up having to painfully untangle hundreds of tiny knots in my hair for 3 hours.. on top of having spent over an hour removing them. Hair Extensions Hair Quality: My experience with these hair extensions was okay. They matted pretty easily so I would spend lots of time brushing and maintaining it. I especially hated how the tracks were visible no matter how much I tried to hide them--they would just stick out. It was impossible to wear a ponytail, half-up hairstyle, or even a low bun without the microlinks showing. It was nice for special occasions to have extra length to curl and style. But if they were applied better, the tracks would not be as visible. Also, I noticed the extensions had a lot of split ends. I'm skeptical if they use 100% real human hair because the quality feels cheaper compared to my new hair I got from a better salon. Unfortunately I will be finding another hair stylist, even if it costs me more money. You get what you pay for.

Lisa has given up on customers service and , service . I've been a customer for over 15 years but has gotten short on customers over the years . It shows on the work and how messy the shop is. Thats the review.
