We contacted Green Bay Carpet Cleaning based on their excellent reviews. We were not disappointed. When there was some confusion on our part regarding the charges, we were contacted by Daniel Chavez, who was able to answer our questions to our complete satisfaction. The technician did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. All in all, it was a very positive experience. We highly recommend Green Bay Carpet Ckeaning and will definitely call them next time we need our carpets cleaned again.

They did an excellent job! And it was reasonably priced. We had searched for a new company to take care of our carpets but all the quotes we got were outrageous, so we put it off for a little longer. I'm so happy we did, because we found GreenBay Carpet Cleaning Pros!We are on the second floor in an older building with no elevator. They were able to rig the 2 hoses to the railing (didn't block the railing) up the stairs so they wouldn't be in the way of anyone using the stairs.
